De Cardiff à Londres : 4 villes, 4 Coups de Coeur
Cette fin d’année, j’ai été la découverte des villes du Sud Ouest de mon nouveau pays d’adoption : la Grande Bretagne 
Une escapade en bus de Cardiff à Londres, sans réelle planification, improvisée quelques jours avant mon départ : 10 jours, 4 villes et 4 univers complètement différents !
Je vous livre ici mon coup de coeur dans chaque ville en avant goût de mes découvertes :

BRISTOL et son navire BRUNEL’S SS GREAT BRITAIN :
Ville industrielle et portuaire du Sud Ouest anglais. Je suis complément tombée sous le charme de l’activité touristique phare de la ville 💙BRUNEL’S SS GREAT BRITAIN 💙, le premier bateau à vapeur métallique de l’histoire, rapatrié il y a quelques décennies et aménagé en musée. Il nous raconte l’histoire du paquebot qui a révolutionné le transport transocéanique. L’univers de la révolution industrielle a été reproduit, des scènes de vie de l’époque ont été recréés dans le bateau : personnes, actions, objets, sons … avec une précision bluffante. Cela est fait de manière tellement ingénieuse, que l’on s’y sent voyager dans le temps et dans les eaux !
2. BATH et son pont PULTENEY BRIDGE :
Comme son nom l’indique en anglais, ce petit joyau architectural classé au patrimoine de l’Unesco est réputé pour ses bains thermaux, héritage de l’occupation romaine. Arrivée un 25 décembre (quelle idée 
), je n’ai pas eu la chance de visiter l’attraction emblématique de la ville. Une bonne raison pour y retourner !
Pour cette première visite de l’extérieur de la ville, j’ai adoré me balader le long de la rivière qui traverse la ville, autour du 💚PULTENEY BRIDGE 💚, qui donne à Bath des airs de Florence. J’ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à contempler sa beauté et son reflet sur l’eau du fleuve.
3. OXFORD et son collège CHRIST CHURCH :
La ville universitaire par excellence dotée d’une architecture gothique, le berceau de la plus ancienne université britannique et l’une des plus prestigieuses dans le monde « University of Oxford ».
Ici, on comprend vite que tout tourne autour de l’université : cathédrales, jardins, musées … ils sont pour leur majorité rattachés à l’université ! Il va sans dire que le lieu le plus impressionnant de la ville a été pour moi 💛 CHRIST CHURCH 💛 le plus ancien à la fois collège et cathédrale de l’université. Il éblouit tant par sa beauté que par l’histoire qu’il nous raconte ! Ce bâtiment fait aussi le bonheur des fans d’Harry Potter puisque des scènes du film y ont été tournées !
4 . LONDRES et son WINTER WONDERLAND :
C’était ma 3ème visite de cette capitale européenne, mais la première fois pendant la période des fêtes de fin d’année. J’ai été complètement conquise par l’univers magique, féerique, fabuleux, merveilleux du ❤️ WINTER WONDERLAND ❤️. Une fête foraine sur plusieurs hectares dans HydePark, avec manèges de toute sorte, spectacles, concerts, bouffe, marché de Noël. Tout le monde y trouve son compte, petits et grands.
